Privacy Policy

Who we are

GameDNA operates gamedna.us. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the public site and related services.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect contact details you submit, product analytics via PostHog (page views, CTA clicks, and legal page views), optional Google Tag Manager tags while they remain installed, and technical logs needed to keep the service running. Event properties include brand=gamedna and product=site.

How we use information

We use information to operate and improve GameDNA, respond to contact requests, and measure site performance. We do not sell personal information.

Third parties

PostHog processes analytics events under their policies. Discord and other community tools may process data when you follow those links. We do not send passwords, API secrets, or paid Odds payloads to analytics.

Product analytics

On the public site and consumer app we use PostHog to understand navigation and feature use (for example prediction starts on the app). The public site shows an MUI cookie consent banner (@ameshkin/auto-cookies). Choosing Reject stores a rejected consent cookie; Accept stores accepted. GameDNA Admin may also send localhost operator analytics with product=admin. Admin analytics are for the operator machine, not consumer accounts. This section is descriptive, not legal advice.

Cookies

See the Cookies page for consent storage and analytics cookies. You can change your choice by clearing site data for gamedna.us and revisiting.
